How far we are, honestly

Our yard is at The Lodge, Buttercrambe, between York and Malton. Thirsk is roughly 45 minutes away up the A19, and Northallerton is around an hour. We do not pretend to be “five minutes away”. When you ring, we will tell you when we can actually be there.

Planned work (a tank that is due, a pump chamber service, a survey before you buy) is easy to book ahead, and we will often line it up with other jobs on that side of the county. For an emergency, ring anyway: unblocking runs Monday–Sunday with 24/7 cover, and we will be straight with you about timing.

Septic tank emptying
