When an unblock is not enough

If the same drain keeps blocking, or a tank is filling far too fast, the answer is usually in the pipe run. A CCTV survey lets us look rather than keep jetting blind.

We will talk through what we see in ordinary language. You get a clear view of whether you need a simple clear, a repair, or just to stop putting the wrong things down the drain.

Surveys are useful when

• The drain has blocked more than once in a season.
• You are buying a house off mains drainage and want to know what you are taking on.
• A septic tank or treatment plant is backing up and the tank itself looks fine.
• There is a dip, a smell, or a wet patch that does not match a lid.

Surveys sit next to unblocking and advice on tanks. kevin oneill noted that we are “very knowledgeable and give great advice” — that is the point of putting a camera in, not producing a thick report nobody reads.
