If you use the contact form, Netlify (our free host) passes your name, phone, email, village and message to us at hello@tanksndrains.com. We do not run an account system. If you telephone us, we see the number you call from.

We use those details only to quote, to find you, and to do the job — name, phone, email, address or village, and a description of the drain or tank.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.

Maps and reviews

The map on the contact page and links to reviews go to Google. Google has its own privacy policy. Our public Google listing shows reviews other people have chosen to leave.

How long we keep job details

We keep what we need for the work, invoicing and waste-carrier records, and no longer than we have a good reason to. If you want us to delete something we hold that is not required by law, email hello@tanksndrains.com.

Your rights
